Quote is for residential booking of 8 persons for the 1st of January 2021
- No DJ's or loud music is allowed for residential fee
- Not more than the 8 persons lodging are allowed to stay at the residents. Any additional person would mean a N15,000/person charge
- Smoking of weed or use of hard drugs is not allowed both in and outside of the residence
- No smoking of other cigars inside the residence, smoking can be done in the garden
Caution deposit of N30,000 is required before lodging (this is refunded if no damages)- Any item damaged must be paid for by guest before vacating premises
- Check-in time is 12 noon and check out is 11am
- If cooking own meal, a N10,000 cottage fee has to be made and guest would provide his/her ingredients
