Quote is for residential booking of Max of 10 Adults for the 26th December 2020
- No DJ's or loud music is allowed for residential stay
- Not more than the 10 Adults lodging are allowed to stay at the residents. Any additional person would mean a N15,000/person charge
- Smoking of weed or use of hard drugs is not allowed both in and outside of the residence
- No smoking of other cigars inside the residence, smoking can be done in the toilet
- Caution deposit of N30,000 is required before lodging (this is refundable if no damages)
- Any item damaged must be paid for by guest before vacating premises
- Check-in time is 12 noon and Check out is 11am
- If cooking own meal, a N15,000 cottage fee has to be made and guest would provide his/her ingredients
- Payments made are none-refundable
- Guest are not allowed to sleep on the living room sofa to avoid damaging it
