CONDITIONS OF STAY

• Invoice is for Muibi Basirat Oluwabusola for party booking of not more than 30 persons for the 8th October 2021 (Check Out 9th October, 2021 at 12noon)
• Caution deposit of N50,000 is required before lodging(this is refundable at checkout if no damages)
• DJ's are allowed for party
• Not more than the 10 persons lodging are allowed to sleep on the beds so as not to damage them. Any additional person would mean a N15,000/person charge and would be taken from caution deposit
• Use of hard drugs is not allowed inside or outside the residence
• Smoking of weed/cigars should be done outside the residence smoking is not allowed inside the resident.
• Any item damaged must be paid for by guest before vacating premises or would be deducted from caution deposit
• Check-in time is 12noon and Check-out is 12noon, exceeding time lines means N15,000 additional payment/Hour with Maximum of 2hrs. (If you need earlier check-in do let us know)
• Cottage Fee of N15,000 is required if guest is going to cook their own meals using kitchen facilities
• Payments made for lodging/parties are non-refundable
• Guest are not allowed to sleep on living room sofa to avoid damaging it else a N10,000 charge is taken
• Guest are to co-ordinate themselves in proper manner and avoid attracting attention from other neighbors in the estate
• Party should be in the apartment and the compound, no loitering around the estates.
• Refundable caution deposit goes back to account from which booking was paid if no item damaged
• Caution deposit are sent after apartment has been cleaned and inspected with no damages
