CONDITIONS OF STAY

• Invoice is for residential booking of not more than 2 persons for August 12th -16th August 2022 (Check Out 17th August 2022 7pm) (Single Back Room Grey). Apartment lodged is 42 Shade Okoya Crescent Eleganza
• Invoice is for residential booking of not more than 2 persons for August 14th -16th August 2022 (Check Out 17th August 2022 7pm) (Single Back Room Pink). Apartment lodged is 42 Shade Okoya Crescent Eleganza
• Caution deposit of N50,000 is required before lodging (this is refundable at checkout if no damages)
• No DJ's is allowed for residential stay. Parties done during residential stay would require full party fee of N150,000/day.
• Not more than the 2 persons lodging are allowed to stay during residential stay in each room. Any additional person would mean a N15,000/person charge
• Smoking of weed or use of hard drugs is not allowed in the residence
• No smoking of other cigars inside the residence, smoking can be done in the toilets or at the backyard
• Any item damaged must be paid for by guest before vacating premises
• Check-in time is 7pm and Check-out is 7pm,exceeding time lines means N15,000 additional payment/Hour with Maximum of 2hrs.
• Payments made for lodging/parties are non-refundable
• Guest are not allowed to sleep on living room sofa to avoid damaging it
• Guest are to co-ordinate themselves in proper manner and avoid attracting attention from other neighbours in the estate
