CONDITIONS OF STAY

• Invoice is for 2 days residential stay of not more than 10 persons for the 7 & 8th June 2021 (Check Out 8th June, 2021 at 12noon)
• Caution deposit of N50,000 is required before lodging(this is refundable at checkout if no damages)
• No DJ's / mini-party for residential stay else caution deposit is seized and added as payment
• Not more than the 10 persons lodging are allowed to sleep over on the beds so as not to damage them. Any additional person would mean a N15,000/person charge and would be taken from caution deposit
• Use of hard drugs is not allowed inside or outside the residence
• Smoking of weed/cigars outside the residence is not allowed , smoking can be done in the toilets.
• Any item damaged must be paid for by guest before vacating premises or would be deducted from caution deposit
• Check-in time is 12noon and Check-out is 12noon, exceeding time lines means N15,000 additional payment/Hour with Maximum of 2hrs.
• Payments made for lodging/parties are non-refundable
• Guest are not allowed to sleep on living room sofa to avoid damaging it
• Guest are to co-ordinate themselves in proper manner and avoid attracting attention from other neighbors in the estate
• Party should be in the apartment and the garden, no loitering around the estates.
• Refundable caution deposit goes back to account from which booking was paid if no item damaged
• Caution deposit are sent after apartment has been cleaned and inspected with no damages
